Great Place. Always helpful. I skip the other auto part stores and go straight to NAPA. I pay more because I get better service. And really the prices are not much higher.

The team at Napa took great care of me, calmly and respectfully helping me find what I needed. When I asked about a product that they didn't seem to carry, Bob was a great help in researching until he could order the supplies in for me. I'll be back, and will recommend it to friends.

More knowledgeable than orielly or auto zone. Much better prices and they stock items that you need unlike orielly and auto zone who do not. I just bought 5 quarts of oil and a filter cheaper than auto zone and orielly and I have commercial accounts at both.

Battery went bad on a cross-country trip. I found this Napa just off the freeway and they had everything I needed to get me back on the road. Excellent service 5 stars.

As soon as I walked in the door someone was there to ask me how they could help. He went and looked under my hood at my concern and assured me everything was fine.
