Needed some trans work done, gave them a call. Sure glad I did they were honest and willing to help. We talked about a few things, answered every question I had with no hesitation!! WONDERFUL customer service!!!! Made me feel 100x better about my situation. I Had a great trans guy but he retired so I was looking for another one. Mc wasn’t able to work on this specific trans because parts are unavailable. (5th shop say this, But he was honest up front and didn’t say bring it in will still try) no he said man I don’t wanna waste your time and money if I can’t successfully complete the job and then he guided me In the next best direction! They got back to me by phone with a quote and estimated repair time within 1 hour from when I called. The transmission came in a few days (the manufacturer was located in WI). Job was complete the next day. Rich updated me via text the whole way. Pricing was on the lower side of quotes. Great customer satisfaction.
