Great service all around. I took my 2013 Honda in for timing belt, water pump and fluid changes. Also took my 2021 GMC Sierra in for a full service fluid change. Both vehicles were done very well. I highly recommend this local auto repair shop!!

What a joke! What a scam! Check engine light popped up on my wife’s 2020 Nissan Altima. I first got the check engine light checked at Auto Zone which indicated it was the mass air flow sensor. Part cost 145 dollars. I checked the install but it required mechanic shop reset. This apparently well regarded shop requested my wife’s car a day in advance to service. She was without transportation due to poor planning by this 4 star shop..lol. We REQUESTED diagnostic check for issue. They phoned and said diagnostic check indicated bad mass flow sensor. Then they said the issue was fixed for the low price of 785 Dollars. I was shocked at the cost but they ensured me this was a Nissan product and that was the reason. Needed a quality local shop to replace the AC system in my otherwise perfect 17 year old car. Honda quoted in the ballpark of $5k+ for Honda Genuine parts. Yikes. I looked at McWhorter’s and I saw a clean shop, professional staff and was quoted fairly to install reputable third-party parts. Availability did take a little back and forth to lock in but I am happy to have the job done just before the weather will have rendered my vehicle a sauna. Charles and Paul were a pleasure doing business with and I will recommend McWhorter Service Group to others.
