Take 5 Oil Change

The staff were all super courteous and knowledgeable. Manager was very kind and I could see in real time his teaching to other employees when they asked questions or needed guidance. Had my oil changed, both air filters changed, and my windshield wipers replaced at a GREAT cost. All these reasons are exactly why I always choose Take 5. Everyone is doing a great job, keep it up!

I've had my oil changed several places before and have never had oil leaks on my driveway. I now have oil leaks in my drive way same day after oil change. Im going to be taking it elsewhere to verify the filter is on correctly. Im hoping it was residue off a cross brace but even if that is the case the tech needs to take the time a wipe any spilage off crossbraces or filter area. I had the oil changed about 7:10 am 3-6-26 grey f150

The staff was very friendly and very nice about me having to get my crying two month old out of the car to bring her to the front while we wait. The service was fast. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first experience with Take 5. I was promptly greeted at the drive thru by Joey and was guided into the garage. Katie lead the team with effective communication and provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Cayden performed a safety check and helped me reset my Driver's Maintenance screen. Justin was quick and efficient with the oil change. The team finished by topping off my coolant and washer fluid, and airing up my tires. The entire process lasted only 20 minutes. Plus, I didn't need to readjust my driver's seat and mirrors like I do with other auto shops. The Portland Take 5 Team is top tier! 10/10
