My experience with Mebo Motors has been one of the most alarming and unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had with a dealership. The office worker, Tonya, is consistently rude, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. Every interaction felt hostile, as if customer service simply doesn’t exist there.I guess that's because it doesn't... The owner, Bob, appears unable to manage the dealership competently. My vehicle title was delayed for months due to issues entirely on their end, yet instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to repossess the very car they failed to process correctly. Someone needs to call me as early as possible this morning. We have an appointment with the lawyer at 2:30. I don’t think what we’re asking is too much considering that we have spent a total of $8000 because of this one issue and we are just asking for two more weeks until the title comes Because of their mistake. My adjuster from the insurance company call me and tell me that there is still a lane on that car from April of last year so I have to go take it to the tab place then go all the way back to Meebo motors have him call the place where she took the lane out. I know the people who work there personally and they are so sweet they only get put of character when people come there and act crazy but besides that they are very nice and they have good cars ms.Lindsey is the nicest and ms.tonya there so sweet and they have gospel music playing everytimg i go to make a payment and mr.bob is so nice and generous i love mebo motors

Mebo motors has been wonderful in every way! The owner is a perfect gentlemen and his employees follow suit. I went from walking and catching a ride to driving a beautiful new ride in less than 4 hours. After having for a day something messed up,but Mebo Motors put my car right in shop and paid to fix it immediately and was ready the same day I couldn't have asked for anything more they over exceed all expatations. I would recommend this place to any and everyone to come buy their new car!
