Biggest W to Mechanic NW!!!! They diagnosed a water leak in my car after I tried and failed at MANY other shops. Glass shops, sunroof experts, other mechanics, detailers, even the LEXUS DEALERSHIP could not determine the problem. But Mechanic Northwest did. They were willing to do whatever it took to find the leak, work with my insurance, answer all of my questions I had along the way, etc. I have the most respect for these guys. If you want reliable, comprehensive, THOROUGH, and QUALITY work done come here!!! They are the best :)

They took my car the same day, even though they were busy, they treated my car as it was a priority… which i appreciate it very much! They go far and beyond, besides the service, they fixed other issues and clean my car, removed gome that my car got from trees last summer… I had tried to remove it at least 3 times… they were kind to remove it for me … no charge!

Went in to get a diagnostic because my car wasn’t accelerating it was making a noise when I turned. I paid over almost $3000 and my car was still doing the same thing for me to come in and then tell me that it’s probably my transmission issue, which should’ve been figured out after the diagnostic testing Definitely feel used for a quick cash grab and that’s sick. I’m a mom of three and I would’ve took that almost $3000 and tried to find me a different car.
