Rich was AMAZING!!!!! He was at the right place , right time, fixed my car same day I met him. Very efficient and great prices. I have shared info with family and friends. Highly recommend!! (Put a new alternator on my car)

My wife's alternator went out on her Santa Fe, and it was a tricky one to get to and replace. We were in a pinch for time and all the shops were backed up for weeks. I called Rich on a Friday and he came out the following Monday morning to replaced it in two hours. Very reasonable hourly fee, no surprises. I would def. recommend, especially if you are in a pinch! Very nice guy too, and a good communicator.

This guy is amazing. I had issues with my wife’s car temperature gauge not going up after running for a while and the service engine light on because of this. I went and bought a thermostat package for $200 thinking that was the issue. He came and did the diagnostic hisself and after a few minutes found the issue. I went and got the part and he installed it. After that the car ran perfectly fine. He saved me $200 dollars that other mechanic’s would have just did the job and not thought twice about it and still would’ve had the issue. He also explained what and why he was doing every step.. I am making him my permanent go to mechanic plus his prices are very reasonable.

I took my car to Rich in Fuquay for repairs, and he did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and finished the work on time. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Rich is definitely one of them. I’ll be returning for any future maintenance or repairs! He is the best🙏🏻
