I called Mechanically Connected at lunchtime today and was pleasantly surprised they answered the phone. I spoke to Chris (the owner) who was very accommodating and went way above and beyond to help me. Never have I been to a garage and met someone so Professional, Courteous, and Honest. Chris has something that is severely lacking in our world, Integrity! I would highly recommend him and his garage to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the business I have done with Chris at Mechanically Connected! Chris was recommended to me by my normal mechanic that I have worked with for years and trust 100%. He runs a one man shop and does mainly brakes, alignments, inspections, etc. So when I needed to get new wheels and tires on my SUV he recommended I reach out to Chris. I already had some tires in mind but wasn't committed to anything, Chris turned me onto Nokian Tyres and I'll never go back. He was able to get me a very good price on wheels and the tires, after mounting and balancing the new set I still still ended up paying less than I had set aside for this repair. When the brakes in my van stopped working, Chris was fantastic. He was kind and knowledge and explained what was wrong with my vehicle in thoughtful detail. He also helped me replace my tires. He even washed my van and fixed the front end bumper. I will definitely be using Mechanically Connected from now on.

Chris does did an amazing job working on my wife's scion xb. He was able to diagnose an issue the dealer could not find and looked at other problems I was having with the vehicle. He is honest, straightforward, and goes the extra mile for his customers.
