Wonderful experience. The work done was excellent. Everything that was involved in our service was done professionally and smoothly. When we picked up the car it was washed outside and also the inside was cleaned. Caylee was extremely helpful assisting us with the repair and car rental. We would highly recommend Scott's Auto Fixit.

5 stars is not enough. First, Caylee is professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at customer service. She kept in contact the whole time and apologized for the insurance company delays (when it was not her fault). She is definitely her customers advocate with the insurance company. The service shop repaired my car to new car quality. The car was clean and in showroom shape. Finally, they handle all of the insurance claims and even handle the rental/loaner care headache with Enterprise.

Caylee and her team were fantastic for my repairs. They were able to fit me in sooner than any local shop and communicated regularly and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them. They worked with my insurance company and it was seemless!
