Talked to Art on a Monday about performing a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was thinking of buying. Asked him if he could complete by Friday, and he said 'yes'. Following Monday I had not heard from him. I sent text messages and left voicemails that day and the following, asking if he planned to complete the inspection. He never responded so had to find another shop.
