Mechanicsville Body & Paint LLC.

I recently had my vehicle repaired here. The quality of the repair itself looks fair, and the final cost came in lower than the original estimate. They also waived my deductible due to delays, which I appreciated. Where the experience became frustrating was communication. There were multiple instances where I called and emailed over the course of several days without a response. In more than one case, I only found out the vehicle would not be ready on the expected date about 30 minutes before pickup time or near closing that day. On one ocasion they were aware the vehicle would be delayed from their estimate 3 days prior, but informed me 30 minutes prior to their closing that day. I understand there was a historic snowstorm that limited access to the shop and later caused equipment issue

It was definitely time for a tune up and I was definitely impressed with their service! They didn’t give me any surprises when it came to cost, they were done quick and didn’t cost an arm and a leg to get my brakes and body done! Looked amazing after! If you need a good service without all of the extra theyre the guys for you!

Traci & the staff were so helpful from day one! They were able to get me on the schedule fast, ended up telling me I can bring it in sooner than the first date they gave me. They were very welcoming, honest & transparent especially when it came to writing my estimate. You can tell they really care about their customers. A broke dusty low life female hit the driver side of my truck and they did an AMAZING JOB repairing it. Everything looks brand new and perfect. Thank y’all !!!

Was recommended here after my accident by a family member. I did not know as a client using insurance you have a say in where your vehicle goes for repairs. I'm so glad I went here. The staff worked with my insurance and went head to head with them to make sure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. My insurance wanted me to wait six months for a part, knowing my rental car wouldn't cover that long. Traci and Audra communicated with me every step of the way and I just knew I was in good hands.

FIVE STARS! If you're looking for a reputable and reliable company for your auto body service then look no further. Mechanicsville Paint & Body went above and beyond my expectations. They stuck to their original quote and ensured me they only accept quality parts for a flawless finished job and boy did they deliver. Audra and Tracy were the ultimate professionals as they kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. I was beyond thrilled when my vehicle was ready that I'm sharing my experience with everyone I know! I've dealt with other auto body shops in the past and none of them have impressed me like Mechanicsville Paint & Body. There's a reason this place has been in business for over forty years. Kudos to the entire team! You have a very happy and satisfied customer h
