Mechanicsville Import Auto

It was good until the older guy retired, Now it’s, bad hit or miss, mostly miss, I took my car in a day earlier, dropped it off for the appointment for the next time, And they didn’t do nothing they gave me a line and a lie, I’ll give them nothing. I had to take my car to Another place to get it fixed, or it will still be sitting there. I think they’re taking on too much, I’m done with it. In my opinion they played a game. I had to go back to pick up my car and take it to another place. That’s sad at least be honest in what you can do.

I’m so grateful to have found a place I can truly trust — and that doesn’t overcharge for repairs! My husband and I definitely recommend this place to all of our friends and family. Thank you, Josh, for taking such great care of our car! 🚗

I brought my 2003 SLK to this location to diagnose why it failed inspection at a different establishment. I dropped off Shelby early in the morning and Josh called me that afternoon to inform me that he and another inspector were unable to find the reason for the failed inspection. I appreciate Josh's forthrightness. I will return should I need additional work on my vehicle.

got my my car fixed faster and cheaper than the other 2 places I got a quote. Full timing belt

I am super pleased with Mao and his staff at German & Import Auto. Replaced the clutch and flywheel on my 2011 mini cooper country s all4 and did it for much less than what the dealership wanted to charge. Since the repair took several days, Mao communicated with me on a daily basis on the progress and what to expect in terms of pricing. Will be going back to him regularly for my future mechanical needs. Highly recommend!
