It was excellent, at first I was Leary about coming, I’ve visited other dealerships and the experience was not great. So going in I didn’t know what to expect but my associate dealer was excellent. He made me feel very comfortable, no pressure and offered good advice. He suggested a car for me and my wife to look at and after we test drove it the car was the right choice for the both of us. We love it and will recommend friends. We walk away fully satisfied with the service.

Absolutely incredible experience at Medina auto mall with Tommy and Alan. Made the process smooth and easy as can be. Could not be happier with my brand new Ram 1500. Tommy was great to work with and made everything as easy as could be. Definitely will be coming back for a long time and so will my family!

Great customer service! I had previously went to another Jeep dealer in North Olmsted and know one wanted to offer any help. They acted like they were too busy to deal with me. So I decided to go out to Medina Auto Mall because I had family members that had recommended them. Brad was very kind and helpful. He asked what I was looking for and what features did I want. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and he got exactly what i wanted lower than my budget! Would recommend to all my friends and family!

Cannot say enough great things about the sales man and team here! Tab was EXCELLENT and listened to what we needed instead of pushing us into a car we didn't want . This guy really helped us have a great experience!!!!
