Medina Tire and Mechanic Shop

Went to get two new tires and mind you I had no problems with my rims just my tires. They change both tires and the guy says the front tire is losing air and will keep losing air due to the rim. I ask why would it be the rim if I’ve never had a problem with my rims. I go check myself just to find out my rim was damaged and they were trying to say it was already like that???? The owner even starts getting mad at the guy who changed my tire and telling him he shouldn’t have told us nothing???? So instead of holding his worker accountable and fixing our issue that THEY caused he was upset for his worker letting us know. We went back and forth and they did not want to pay for the damage THEY CAUSED. I filed a police report and left. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO HERE. They do a sloppy job and don’t eve

Got my tire changed here and they tighten the tire nuts with a drill which is risky and when I took my car to another tire shop they told me it was damaged due to poor handling.

Very helpful people. The owner's foreman replaced my shredded tire, gave me free advice to use heavier 10 ply tires when carrying several tons, pointed out a loose bearing nut and greased and tightened it. Excellent professional service.
