Our tire installation was done promptly and perfectly. Kyle and the whole crew were very friendly and easy to work with. They were honest about the fact that we didn't need an alignment. We were very pleased with our experience and would strongly recommend Tire Source to anyone.

The worst customer service. Was never told about a labor charge. Was told couldn't tell me how much something was till they looked at it and never discussed or disclosed that they're would be a fee. This is unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend. UPDATE!! They made it right will having training on making clients aware of what they are paying, before hand. As well as gave me a refund. I understand things aren't free but when nothing was discussed or disclosed, it was shocking to hear!

The staff are very friendly and professional. Pricing for services seemed reasonable after shopping around and getting quotes. Paid $167 for an oil change, air filter, cabin filter, tire rotation, fluid check and refill and rear wiper replacement. I appreciated that they called me after doing their inspection for me to ok specifically what repairs to move forward with and quoted me the full out the door price without just doing the work in hopes that would be what I wanted/could afford. Dropped vehicle off and picked it back up within a couple hours. Recommended if you're looking for service. I cannot attest to other services they offer but I’m satisfied with the service that I received.

I gave Curtis a call earlier in the day and inquired if he could sneak me in for some service. He was able to do it and do it in an incredibly timely fashion. Very much appreciate the guys Tire source and the quality of the work that they do.

Went in for an alignment, and they identified a suspension issue that needed fixed first. Rather than doing the alignment anyways, they brought it to my attention, gave me a quote with a video of the exact issue, and suggested I fix it before I get an alignment. After talking with their team in person, I decided to try the repair myself. They didn’t charge for the recommendation, meaning they essentially gave me the diagnostic for free! I will definitely be going back for my alignment after it is fixed, along with other items in the future. I appreciated their detailed communication throughout the process. The video of the issue made them stand out in my eyes.
