Absolutely outstanding service! Mega Auto Spa in Yorktown, VA went above and beyond to help us with our interior cleaning. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing an exceptional job. They are fast, detailed, and incredibly thorough, our car looks brand new inside, even after traveling with three kids! We’ll definitely be coming here after every long excursion. It’s rare to find customer service and quality like this. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend!

Excellent service here, at least from a technician named Kaitlyn. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kaitlyn performed a quality job wax job on my mother's vehicle that left me satisfied with the results and price of the service. In addition, Kaitlyn was knowledgeable about other detailing issues I've been having with the vehicle, offering me what turned out to be sound advice on how to address those issues. I will definitely be returning to this business again and am considering the subscription package that Kaitlyn explained to me during my visit. Lastly, I have spent 11 years in customer service and in my opinion, these are the type of employees you want to hold on to. So, Mega Auto Spa, you have potentially a great leader in Kaitlyn. Don't let that potential go to waste!

Great experience today. Great experience every time my family or I get our car washed here. Today however, they went the extra mile and helped me clean up a paint transfer that I thought was a scratch or repair.

Have been coming to this car wash for years and I’m always impressed. They do a great job cleaning inside and out and always take time to do a thorough job. My only recommendation would be to have a way to accept tips other than cash as I’ve gone away from carrying cash and sometimes forget to bring it and then feel terrible.
