MEI/Automax Arlington

Car started making weird sounds and ac started blowing hot within 13 days of having the car. During the buying process, Dexter assured that if anything went wrong with my vehicle,the dealership had a contract at Pep Boys in the city where I am located. Once I reached out within the 13 days before my first car payment was due. Dexter was very rude on the phone and automatically said that I would have to drive the car back to the dealership which was two hours away when I explained to him that I was not there locally, he then said well you’ll have to speak with the manager to get the car serviced. Go see Klarence!!! Tell him Carlos Dixon sent you (trust me, you won't be disappointed) Klarence is great at what he does. He was highly recommended and I'm glad my husband and I reached out to him. My husband was not to happy about coming here due to past experiences but Klarence made it less stressful. He took care of the hard part before we made it and all my husband had to do was test drive the truck, pay the deposit and sign documents. Great Guy!!!!!!

Klarence was my sales man and I have nothing bad to say about him or Automax but I will say they was able to work with me on the down payment with bad credit and not only that he went out his way to pick me up since I did not have a car to bring me to the car lot he took his time and I know I was a bit much to work with but he was patient and gor the job done nice job Automax.
