Booked an online appointment for 8:30 AM, the shop’s listed opening time is 8:30 AM. I sat in the parking lot from 8:00 AM till 8:50 AM and no one showed up. Front door was still locked and lights out when I left to find another mechanic.

I quickly googled for the nearest car mechanic and fortunately, I found them nearby. I walked in, explained my situation, and the owner, Saul, informed me that they could assess my car within the next day or two. It was incredibly convenient as I was also able to leave my vehicle there. Although I was initially nervous about leaving my car at a new place, Saul was very communicative and transparent throughout the process. He gives a Trustworthy no BS type of vibe. If they do recommend additional work, it’s only what your car truly needs, and there’s no pressure to have it done right away or through them. They take the time to explain why a service is necessary, and their prices are always fair and reasonable.

Prompt service for an oil change with an appointment. Completed in a timely manner, outstanding, friendly customer service with reasonable pricing. Had brakes changed recently that were also done. Price was much better than a few other places I checked and friendly great customer service with brake replacement. Will return.
