I dropped my vehicle off January 8th for what I believed to be a simple repair. Two months later, my vehicle was still not repaired. Limited communication , and if Craig was not there no one knew what was going on. The wrong part was ordered several times, and I just kept getting the run around. I went to the dealership to buy the part, and sent them a picture to make sure it was the correct one.Craig stated he was not sure until they pull the old one. The next day I picked my vehicle up and took it to Concourse Auto. MY vehicle was ready three days later which was on 3/6/2026.

It would be 5 stars but, they knew i was coming and what car i drove. They could have already had a filter ordered and ready, but they didnt order 1 until I got there and I had to wait an extra 25 min. I was told they dont work on too many cars like mine, so they dont keep filters in stock, but they purchase extra. Meineke helped me in a pinch before. I came in with a flat tire and they were closing up to leave. It was a Saturday. Craig said, we'll do it for free since my register is already closed out, just tip my guy. They fix it and i was on my way. I looked their reviews up and the majority is positive. I took a chance and I am pleased. I would return. Photo (from their site) says what they do when you come in for oil change, I dont think they did any of it because my tires

My 2005 Tahoe needed shocks and struts plus an evap issue. Brady and the crew diagnosed my problems and provided a timely repair estimate for my needed repairs. They then completed them under the time they quoted. My Tahoe runs like new. A great job that’s very much appreciated. Thanks for the excellent service. I will be using their services again when needed.

Most shops can get busy, but these guys have treated me fairly and have done good work repeatedly, whether it was a business, or personal car. Never had to come back for any reason when they say they're done. Management is friendly and prompt in getting you signed in, no matter the rush.

I believe the man I am describing is the shop's owner! He was super amazing. He had such a heart of gold that he let me borrow his own car. I happened to have an interview that very day & due to my car being checked in for a car diagnosis I wouldn’t be able to make my interview. He made it possible for me to make it on time & to make it in general. I appreciate him for that. I recommend anyone with any car issues to get their car fixed at this location 100%! I was able to know what I needed & what would be best for my car's situation.
