Had my first oil change with Meineke in Auburn and it was a great experience. They'll do an inspection of your vehicle and let you know if they see anything that may need attention. I'll definitely go back. Join their rewards program if you have more than one vehicle. Great guys and great experience. Good job fellas...

Went in needing an oil change and my transmission fluid levels checked. Left with an oil change and a trasmission fluid flush. On one hand, I feel like I got upsold and had to shell out more money. On the other, it was probably for the best (the car IS running a little smoother, so I can't complain). All in all, it wasn't bad at all. I'll probably be going back in the future.

Great service 👏 and they even told me everything eles that was wrong w my truck like my frame was cracked and I had a problem w my oil pan and my strut was going out and I also forgot that they dont accept cash so I had to run to CVS and put money on a card then on the top of that it kept declining my payment talk about having a miserable day but the guy at the counter was awesome and patient me and even helped me out as best as he could yall need more workers like him he was Hella cool thanks again bud and just for that I will be back when my vehicle needs service thanks for the great service yall rock. I had a simple need for a fuse to be replaced in my interior. The auto parts places couldn't help me without me pulling the fuse. I pulled in to Meineke and they were super helpful. Pulled the fuse, let me take it and buy the replacement, then they put it back in for me. Did not charge me a DIME!! I really appreciated that kind of service. Thanks, guys!
