My starter went out on my CR-V and they were able to get me right in even though they were packed with vehicles. They got her done the same day too. When I went back to pay everyone that was there when arrived to drop the car off was already out the door also. So their pretty fast. I googled prices for parts and labor and I actually paid less than the other qoutes I seen online. They were very kind and professional and I'd definitely go back to them....lol may have to. My engine light just came on....this is my life though!

Brad at Meineke is awesome. He has taken great care of our vehicles and has even worked in an appt for us when needed. Clear communication and honest opinions given. My husband and I strongly feel Meineke is top notch and provides excellent service without the games!!

I will share the good and the bad. Good first. I had a brake line rust out over the weekend and they were able to get me in on Monday. They replaced all the lines after consulting me on the phone. None of the lines leaked. Those are all the good points. Now the bad. I stopped in and paid for it on Wednesday (so they had it done in 2 days). The cost was more than they had told me because they had had to replace the brake master cylinder and a brake hose, also. They had not consulted with me before they did those things. I picked up the keys, and went back to work. After work I had someone take me there so I could pick up my truck. Imagine my surprise when the brake pedal went almost all the way to the floor before I stopped! I carefully drove home and pulled the left front wheel. The brake

Staff were knowledgeable and helped us figure out what was wrong with our car. They had a diagnosis and fixed it in less than an hour. (Battery issue). We were very thankful for their expertise since we are from out of town.

Very friendly they went above and beyond my expectations. Alignment cost was very reasonable one employee showed me diagram of my alignments before and after. Truly shows they car about your car
