This is how service is supposed to be executed. The geniuses at Mitsubishi have decided the outlander doesn't need a spare tire. And yes its my fault I don't have a spare. ( no place to put one either) so I called Roberts and they found me a tow into their facility and got me a chinese tire ( brand new ) that fit my budget. When talking to Walter he sound like Mike Rowe over the phone (lol) . Over all as a small business owner myself I appreciate the effort they put into getting me back on the road. So many other businesses out there could stand to learn something from these guys.

I went in for a nail in my tire and they fixed it within 20 minutes- that same day. They also informed me that I would need new tires (which I knew; so it wasn’t unexpected or pushed on me). The quote they gave me was $600 cheaper than the last full set of tires that I got at “discount tire.” The guys at Robert’s got the tires in and on my vehicle within three days. No issues or complaints. Great customer service!
