Arrived on time for my appt and they started the work right away and had me out in a jiffy (pun intended, lol). The price was very reasonable. My first time using them but definitely not the last.

The manager Carl is incredible!! Extremely nice and helpful, super transparent on pricing and was flexible on setting my appointment. Got me in and out for an oil change in about an hour. Very happy with their service in terms of convenience and quality, could not recommend them more.

"Fast, friendly service" Friendly? Sure. Fast? Absolute not. I dropped my car off at 11:30 on Monday with some dash lights on. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the day. Tuesday I called them and was told "oh, yeah, we'll get on that and let you know in an hour or so." I had to call them AGAIN on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30pm only to find out they finally hooked up the car to the diagnostic machine and can't do anything, and I have to go to the dealership. Why did it take 3 days to plug my car into a machine that told them they can't fix it?! I'd like to think they didn't act so dismissive because I'm a woman. I'd like to believe they weren't so lazy because they're on a college campus where kids don't really need their cars so there's no real rush to get them in and out. I DO know th

Superb customer service. They went above and beyond with communication, pricing transparency, and ease of selecting which services I did and did not want. An added benefit of same day availability! I was hesitant to go to a chain, but this particular location was suggested by a trusted community member and friend. I am glad I listened, because this absolutely feels like a local spot with the benefits of corporation (coupons, discounts for certain professions, online account management, extensive location network, etc) I am definitely a new but will be returning customer. I am glad I have a convenient, trustworthy, and fair priced mechanic team in the area.

I was sent to Meineke by my mechanic for an exhaust job they were unable to do. Having an older car purchased in the northeast, I figured it may be a large job. And it was. They got it done in a day and a half, and it was more than the estimate, but I’m just glad to be on the road again. Great Job! And awesome people. Thanks, NJ
