Dishonest Timelines and Unacceptable Refund Policy I had a terrible experience at this Midas location. On the 26th, Mr. Marin estimated a 1.5-hour wait for parts and 2 hours for labor. He promised to call when the parts arrived at 10:53 a.m., but by 3:00 p.m., I had heard nothing. When I called him, he simply asked me to bring the car back the next morning. Because they wasted my entire day, I had the work done elsewhere. When I returned on the 27th to request a refund for the unfulfilled order, I was told: A refund would take six weeks to process because it has to go through the "office." They might only refund the labor—even though no work was ever performed. It is absurd to wait six weeks for a refund on services never rendered. I have already contacted the complaint line. Friendly and courteous staff. Booked a sameday afternoon appt to get an oil change, the process was easy. Everything went as scheduled. No hassles to buy extra services, though they did inform me of an issue that needs immediate attention and things that can wait. Nice price on the oil change and an extra discount for new customers was welcomed 😄 ☺️ Highly recommend. Customer area was clean, pleasant, and spacious with drink offerings and bathroom.

Victoria was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get our warranty work handled. When she determined with the warranty company that we would need to go to the dealership, she ensured we had all the info needed to avoid a deductible with the warranty.

Excellent service. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. The oil change was completed quickly, and the technicians took the time to ensure my vehicle was in great shape. Highly recommend.
