Was not too happy with this place. I went to them knowing that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I also had a noise coming from the passenger front side. Dan informed me that the struts were out as well and needed to be replaced. They replaced the brakes, rotors, and struts. However, I had a passenger front axle out that was never found or fixed. Communication was good. Price was a little on the high side for the work done in my opinion. I will not be going back.

The manager, Dan, was very knowledge and cost effective. He didn't pressure unnecessary additional repairs. The quality of work is truly exceptional with excellent communication. He kept me well informed throuought the process and walked me through every aspect of the repair. I was so happy with his service, that when I picked up my car, we dropped off my daughter's car.

Such an amazing team! Dan and Gracy took care of me all in one day. Ran diagnostics and discovered I needed a new alternator and they replaced it and I was back in my car that same day!! I will only go here for any other maintenance on my vehicles. Thank you for being so focused on making sure your customers are treated like royalty.

Took my Nissan to Meineke I learned they have a master mechanic that works on cars, trucks and Diesels etc. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease Gracy the owner greeted me with kindness. I met Dan the master mechanic told him about my car, after inspecting my car he told me the front end suspension needed work. Dan repaired my car and In no time I was driving my Nissan. I am very happy with Meineke Car Care Center in Conroe Tx. I highly recommend them they are honest and Dan is Excellent at his work.
