Excellent service. Staff are very knowledgeable and don't pressure you into buying anything. They gave me a detailed overview of my car's issues in a way that was easy to digest. Also great that if you're a recurring customer, you build up points that can help pay for some or all your bill. I've been going for 7+ years and will continue given their commitment to quality.

Made an appointment to have my car serviced with an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived an hour early and told the service writer that I wanted to be advised what maintenance was needed at 30K miles. I was informed that I would receive an inspection report and recommended services via text and email. At the 3 1/2 hour mark after I dropped the car off, I called to check on progress. There had been no communication to that point. I was told the car was just getting into the shop and I would receive a call shortly. After waiting another half hour with no communication, I just headed back to the shop, as it was approaching closing time. Everyone has been amazing over the process of trying to get my turbo fixed. Carvana gave me a car with a million problems to fix and they weren’t covering it on their end, yet Joe at Meineke worked with my warranty company and was able to go above and beyond in helping me out. I can’t say enough about the employees, as they worked with me the entire time we tried to figure everything out. I was able to get my car in very quickly and they finished everything in a very quick manner
