I went there one day with a sheet under the car hanging. I had no money at that time and the sweet people at the Meineke fixed it for me for free. I am pretty sure no-one else will do that. Thank you so much! God bless you!!!

Went in for an oil change they said would take a half hour . While I was waiting I went for a walk. They said they’d text when it was done. Came back 45 minutes later and found they’d run into an issue with the oil tank. They waited for me to get back without texting to tell me there was an issue. Then they tried to pressure me into a $1200 repair saying I could burst into flames while driving. When I said no they told me they hadn’t even started the oil change. I spent an hour and a half waiting for a 30 minute job. They were rude and pushy. Would not recommend anyone else go here.

I asked for my old catalytic converter back, they refused to return it, saying legally they had to keep it. (my work van did not need a new one, they lied to me) Later I find out, legally and morally I should have kept it. I asked them 2 times when the van was being fixed, both times they said they legally have to keep it. B.S. just got off with the owner here, he said if I write bad reviews he would write bad reviews on my company lol. Brother are you in for a big one. I’ll make sure you get a couple reviews on here. If you think it’s OK to steal from me you are wrong because I will be back there. That’s a promise.

Had caliper replaced and brakes and hoses, caliper failed, but staff fully replaced caliper, brakes, hoses, and bled system for free under warranty. Had many other places shift the blame on other factors to not honor them. Pleased with their honesty and integrity.

Knowledgeable and show you what’s wrong. Give you an accurate description of work and price upfront. Left me know of other problem. Friendly and honest/ just did front brakes on old car and water pump on old truck last month.😊
