Meineke Car Care Center

Terrible service. Took my money but never touched my vehicle. I bought my vehicle here to be serviced for a wheel alignment and rotation. I Stayed with my vehicle for an hour. The staff advised it would be complete within 3 hours and they would contact me when it was complete. I contacted them close to the completion time only for them to tell me they weren’t able to text drive the vehicle due to the weather. I picked up my car and still had alignment / shaking issues not even going 30MPH. My car was evidently still had snow on it, so I know my vehicle never went into the shop. Don’t Waste Your Time.

Brian was top notch. He was kind, relatable, and most importantly knowledgeable. Huge thank you as we had a mix up on locations for drop off and he was able to see us anyway. Car was ready next morning and am so grateful to have gotten my brakes down for such a reasonable price. Others quoted my more than double the price I paid. Understood market is shifting as our part prices etc, but this was the right price right time and with the right people!

I had a great experience here for an oil change and tire rotation. I booked my appointment online (using a Groupon) and called ahead to confirm everything was in the system. On the morning of my appointment, I got stuck behind an accident and had to call to let them know I'd be running about 6 or 7 minutes late. Brian was incredibly understanding and told me it was "no problem." When I arrived, he checked me in immediately. They estimated the service would take about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes, and they were right on time. The waiting area was clean, the temperature was good, and the chairs were actually comfortable, which isn't always the case at auto shops! I really appreciated that they sent the full inspection estimate directly to my phone so I could see what they suggested.

After a horrible attempt of "ripping me off" at a different automotive repair company I took my truck to Meineke. They were very helpful and informative. They gave me the choice of what I needed done with a full inspection of my truck. I told them I could only do a few things that needed done. They did them with no problems. Gave me a very nice deal too. When I'm ready to do the rest I will definitely be back. Great place.

I am a car guy and have owned many cars in my life. I have to say this place was such a great place to go. It's so hard to trust car businesses now days. But these folks are truly knowledgable and professional from the front counter to the maintenance techs. 5 Stars. I would definitely recommend them.
