Great place with really good people. They helped me out a lot with the battery that I needed and we were able to service me right before I closed. Just a great group of people.

Went in for a license plate bulb. Was greeted before I even stepped through the door. Got exactly what I needed and Tim did not hesitate to install it for me even though he didn’t not have to. Kind and friendly! Tim is the guy to help you out! He has amazing customer service!

Louis in the Gardner Ma store refused to help me put oil that I purchased in my vehicle. Tim (Another staff member) was kind enough to step up and help me out

I needed oil and for my moped the associate was really helpful and asked if I needed anything else and helped me to not forget the few other items I needed

Tim at this store went above and beyond with his knowledge and help and educating us today! Totally different experience than the employee at the Fitchburg store, name unknown, who was not very helpful at all and made us want to leave. We will definitely be dealing with Tim and the Gardner store from now on.
