At first I was very pleased. I went to get my brake pads changed, they showed me how worn down they were and explained why the rotors also needed to be changed. The quote for just the break pads and oil change was originally 600 dollars and I thought that if the rotors needed to be changed it couldnt possibly be that much more. After they took out the charge for the oil change the final bill was over 1,200. On top of that they convinced me to sign up for the credit card because they would give me 100 dollars off. I figured I'd use the balance on the card to make up the difference in what I had missing to pay off the remaining balance. I want to say I had an excellent experience... I can't... If I only worked with one person, I may have... I was given a price before beginning any work on my car, when it was completed, a the person behind the desk gave me another price. I am sooooo upset I didn't get their names. One was also a mechanic (he worked both at the desk and on cars). He is amazing... The other is bad for business. He tried to inflate the costs on just about everyone. I watched it as I was waiting to get my car done. The one with dual duties bought the price down on everyone. It makes one not trust. Why was one trying to inflate costs ON EVERYONE?? My score would be a 5 based on the one with dual duties... but because I have to add in the other one (I would give him a 2 or 3)... it averaged out to a 4. I ended u

My car had been making noises over the past few weeks so loudly I thought the muffler was going to fall off. After calling around and getting crazy estimates I called Meineke and spoke to Ali. He went above and beyond to investigate what could be wrong and did a soft diagnosis over the phone. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge so I dropped my car off. He kept in touch with me throughout the day because he knew how important it was to get my car back. He gave me a great estimate and worked with my budget. Turns out I needed a Catalytic Converter exhaust manifold. I also learned mybcar has 2 Catalytic Converters and I had no idea. Ithought all cars only had one! I learned something! My car battery died and I gave them a call right before they closed. Steve answered the phone and said “Can you give me 30 min?” He came in 20! He jumped my car for me and I was able to get home. I tried to offer him money and he said “Don’t worry about it”. I so appreciate the help and generosity. Truly a God send on a cold night. Thank you, Steve.
