I didn’t end up getting the work done, however even though they were very busy they still remained friendly, informative, professional and patient. Thanks guys ❤️ it’s not often you get a good experience in businesses these days ! It’s appreciated!

Cedric Anderson the service advisor, at Meineke in Lexington, TN was exceptionally nice. We were having diagnosis done on the vehicle, and decided to walk around the surrounding stores, when Cedric offered to drive us to the mall and pick us up when the car is ready so we could enjoy oueself. I thought, Wow!!! Never has anyone offered to do that! I highly recommend Meineke of Lexington, Tn Great service, gotta love it!!! Deserves 🔟 stars!

I asked for a thermostat put in and they did it but when I picked my car up the guy said they did a diagnosis of the car and only found the thermostat was the issue, my car continued to overheat and they told me they never did a diagnosis on it when I went back up there. All I want is for my car to be fixed not charged 1700 dollars for something they missed the first time

Excellent customer service‼️ Redbone ( 🚘) needed a brake job both front & rear but I got the front done 1st. I was able 2 get her in & out the car doctor shop in no time‼️‼️‼️ Major thanks & appreciation 2 Mr. Cedric & the handyman‼️
