Sam is a pleasure to have taking care of my cars needs. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure to explain my cars needs thoroughly and did not pressure me in to anything. She was able to pin point the issue just by our conversation and was correct. Meineke was able to get my parts in a few days and had me back on the road. They took very good care of my car, and have gained a lifetime customer. Thank you to Sam and her team.

I got an oil change here last week. Today I noticed a scraping sound coming from under my car. Come to find out, they did not reinstall my car's skid plate correctly. Plus, theres missing screws. I trusted this place to do a good job, but they did not follow through.

Believe the reviews when they say the customer service is excellent. That's the first thing I noticed when I took my car here in November. When I had another issue this month, I knew I was going to use them again. Honesty and trust are important when you're looking for someone to work on your car. They definitely earned my trust. The woman who helped me at the front was very knowledgable and helpful. She even let me know that they were able to save me some money on the repair. If that's not honesty, I don't know what is. Take your car or truck here, you will not be disappointed.
