I called so many different services, but Meineke stepped up like a champ. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They were honest and worked with me. I dread going to mechanics as a woman, but Meineke had my back.Don’t go anywhere else! And Lauren, this is a shout out to you, You’re the best.

Lauren (the Manager) and Edbert? (the technician) were both very professional (the technician gave me parking brake advice) and honest with me. I trust the quotes for repairs. Meineke always uses top shelf parts and superior synthetic oil. I will be a returning customer for both of my vehicle's wants and needs!

Had some ac issues with my escalade 2017 esv 80k miles. I have bumper to bumper insurance on it. lauren has been very helpful and went above and beyond the needed service. She did pay extra attention to other services needed for the truck and did very well on coordinating with the insurance company. Ended up replacing the ac condenser, rear passenger magnetic strut, double checked any engine or transmission leaks and issues. Total service time with me getting the car back to drive for the ac freon with dye to show the leak (6days), 2.5 wks.

My wife’s Jeep had a problem with the oil leaking. Reached out to owner Peter, he was great took me in the same day and problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Lauren was great in the office on updating me about the cars progress. I highly recommend giving Meineke a shot at all your car needs! Thank you Peter!
