Booked appointment online and was told upon arrival that would be several hours as someone called out. No warning. No call. Couldn’t wait. Booked in store for following day. Arrived and was told mechanic was out getting parts. He returned and I wasn’t spoken to until 30 minutes later. My car was brought in and 1.5 hours later my oil change was done after I declined changing filters which were removed without permission My bill was $109.though the advertised price was 59.99 online. An adjustment was made and I finally left. Never to return.

I was way over charged for my car service. They charged me $773.43 for front brakes and rotors. Rotors for my 2019 Hyundai Sonata are only $79-80 Bucks a piece. And brakes pads are only like 40 ish a piece. 1st price they told me was $912! One of the guys gone say you want me to make it come down a little for you since you were patient while waiting cause I like customer who don’t complain and will wait! Then the other guy gone ask me how much do you have to spend or can spend? I told him I only had $300-350. He gone say! Oh! Well nope it’s gone be way more than that! They saw a woman coming in by herself and decided to get over on her! And I was told that I couldn’t drive off cause my brakes were bad. Which it was only one , the front passenger side tire. He told me if I didn’t get it fix

I came in for an emergent need to have my battery replaced. While there they “checked” my brake pads and advised they were a safety hazard and it was metal on metal. They started the work and I stopped them and told them I would do it at a later date after they told me the cost, around $1,300. They reiterated I wasn’t safe on the road after offering to knock the price down $100. I took my car into my normal shop I trust to ensure they were safe and after inspection they were able to confirm I had plenty of life left in the pads and there was not an immediate need to replace them. I will never return even in another time sensitive matter. They tried to take advantage of me and I’m glad I stuck to my guns.

The staff was most Kind and Professional. The manager also offered cold water to all of the customers who were present during my visit. Though the wait was a little longer than what I expected, the service was wonderful. I felt safe while driving home . My car was smooth sailing.🥰

Went for brakes. I suspected I was on the rotors and I was. Got right in. Everything was shown and explained to me. Not everyone wants to work on Smart cars(not even dealers), but I was in and out within a couple hours. They did a great job! Thanks!
