Have used them for many years. Always professional and capable. Highly recommended. They’ve done exhaust systems for my vetts , trucks, and SUVs. Never a problem.

I had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change and $5 off if you did it online which that didn't count when I got there but they told me oh the screw might break when he went to unscrew it it started to tighten and the threads are all broke on the screw and then if it breaks you're going to need a new oil pan for $500. So I said why can't you just put a new screw in and I couldn't understand the reason what he said but it was going to be $500 so I said no then my windshield wiper came off from the snow one of them and he told me it was broke that I need a new one and I said no I don't then after I said no for the $500 oil pan and was in tears for 2008 car he said I fixed her windshield wiper for you and I left. I’ve been going to this Meineke for years and always liked that I could actually talk with the mechanics. They changed ownership around July 2025 and while the new team is really nice, my last round of repairs has been rough on my wallet and nerves. In early summer, I brought my 2011 Ford Escape in for a loud idle. Another mechanic (from another shop) had told me it was likely the exhaust and that’s the direction everyone followed even though I DID say I wasn't sure. So I paid about $600 for exhaust work, which I accepted because it was old and needed replacing anyway but the original problem (rough idle) stayed. I recently moved to the area and didn't have a trusted mechanic to go to. Mike the mechanic on main street referred me to this Meineke. 10/10 they were great. They not only fix the problem but gave me a detailed analysis of the condition of my car. They weren’t pushy and weren’t trying to upsell me. Nick and Kyle were the guys who helped me and they were great. They can be trusted and I would recommend them to friends and family. The price was around what I expected. I wouldn’t say they are cheap, but I would say they were fair to me. That’s all I was looking for.
