Did his best to Fit me in quickly before I was going out of town, even though they were pretty busy. Applied necessary online coupons ( without a hassle )even before I asked. And I didn’t feel pressured at any time like I do when I take my car to the dealer for an oil change.

Best service center I ever experienced from time I walked inthe door to when I left. Greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes what to listen to what I said. Waiting area very clean and comfy with coffee and water. Comfortable seats. They gave me estimate and ability to choose what I wanted repaired and knew the price before. Totally highly recommitted and they are definitely my cat service center for everything. Thanks to everyone there!

This is hands down the best repair facility. They offer fast friendly service that is awesome and convenient !! Kasey is the best manager and I trust him with my car!! I’ve have had many conversations with Kasey when my car was not driving like it should, He always sends me pictures of my car and goes over everything in detail. I’ve had the best experience doing business with Meineke, they made my day a little better and my car run smoother for sure. I never realized (until now) how much of an impact, GOOD tires made on a vehicle. The truck runs much smoother and doesn't slip when it's raining anymore. Nice work !

literally on everything I love they had the best customer service I’ve ever seen. this place was great day do whatever they have to do to make sure your car gets fixed. They let you know everything that’s going on and more. They have great patience great people skills and I literally never wanna go anywhere but here for my car. I usually don’t even leave reviews, but I had to make sure I did this. I don’t remember the guy name at the front desk, but he was amazed and the mechanics also

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I've been going here for years and always had issues after they've done work (paid for oil changes just to check it a week or so later to make sure it's good and it being dry, etc) but ive just ignored it because they always were nice and had good deals. The icing on the cake was spending about $800 last year on new shocks so it would pass inspection (they claimed they were giving me a deal then, too, so i left them an awesome review), and they didn't even replace the shocks! Now it's inspection time and ill have to pay someone else to actually replace them. Yes, I contacted them. Heck, the BBB contacted them... and no resolution.
