My experience was wonderful and I asked questions about something other than what I was having done and the young guy that I talk to was very nice helping me with all my questions and I was more than pleased. I plan to have several different things done in the month of March. Glad I ask questions. The location is convenient. Prices are excellent.

Every been to one of those icky used car lots and got the feeling you were going to get taken advantage of? This is the same atmostsphere that Meineke in Monroe offers. I went in for just a basic inspection and was failed for back tires. The tires were less than 1.5 years old. I drive maybe 30 miles a week. They were happy to offer me $300 tires and said they would pass if I paid the outrageous quote. We took the car down the road to the competitor and passed in the same hour with flying colors. This place is a total joke trying to meet a quota. $326 for a NC inspection is a disservice to the consumer. I will not be going back to this shady shop and encourage others to be aware of the disgusting business model. You can throw a rock and hit another mechanic. Don't waste your time at an slim

Out of nowhere my truck exhaust was rattling very loudly, so I called the West Roosevelt store in Monroe, NC and spoke to Jacob the manager. Jacob gave me appointment time options and then followed up quickly with a text to confirm the time we decided on. I then brought my vehicle in for Jacob and his service team to look at. Within minutes of the vehicle being on the lift he told me what they found, and that he could get the parts in 15 minutes, and complete the work in an hour and a half if I wanted to wait. I said lets go, he prepared a written estimate, I signed it and in an hour and a half I was on my way. This is what good and efficient management looks like. My husband and I have taken multiple vehicles to the Meineke in Monroe for years. We have always had an exceptionally great experience. They are truly looking out for our best interest and help us save money when possible. They always go above and beyond. We both highly recommend them to friends and family. I give a lot of credit to the staff working on vehicles and Richard, Zack and Jacob for coordinating everything. They all work together great as a team and I hope they are well compensated for their hard work and pleasant attitude.

I was very happy with the service and treatment I received. I came to remove a broken bolt in my exhaust on my ram 1500, and in less than 30 minutes, my truck was ready. He had removed the bolt, re thread and put in a new bolt to tighten that joint. My truck sounds great again. Well done guys, I will recommend you to everyone.
