Meineke Car Care Center

Stopped by the Meineke store because I had a rattle in my exhaust system. Guys took it in, found broken welds and rusted clips on one of my catalytic converter heat shields. Fixed everything and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Great aervice!

Went in for alignment which went as expected in a timely manner. Was presented with additional suggestions for repairs to the tune of $4000+. I asked a friend of mine who is a 30+ year old mechanic what he thought about these charges and if they were necessary. He replied that a couple of things for around $700-$1000 could be addressed but not an emergency. Overall I would recommend them but don’t drink the kool aid!

The guys did a great job fixing my issue. The store manager was very accommodating very personable a pleasure to deal with. Met the tech who worked on my car. He did a great job Quick and very knowledgeable.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They were ready for us even before our scheduled appointment time. The report we received after our services was one of the best I have ever seen (if not THE BEST)… it included very detailed pictures of each step of the process and showed measurements of tire tread etc. The staff went through the pictures with me to explain what each one meant (and did so in a non condescending way which is an important thing for me) I was extremely pleased and we will definitely be returning. THANK YOU GUYS

I came into Meineke car care for something so simple and just became a whole bunch extra stuff!( Windows rolled up and buttons working perfectly fine)for a wheel alignment because I felt like I needed one. I was told I didn’t needed one and car drives fine , so good thing they didn’t charge me for one when I didn’t need one and sat for about hour and half! One of the employees comes back and tells me that and gives me these papers for what I would possibly need to replace shortly and I all ready about to change the rotors and brakes since i already had them and knew someone that could do for a lil more cheaper !the whole time I was sitting out side waiting for my car and as they brought me my car back as I’m seeing the man getting out of my car I see him rolling my front windows down half
