I had a really great experience at Meineke. The team was informative, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Everyone worked together to make sure my car issues were explained clearly and handled properly, which I truly appreciated. The manager was especially nice and made the experience feel welcoming and stress free. I’m very thankful for the care and professionalism shown and would definitely recommend this shop to others. These guys where on point. I loved my entire experience. I took my truck there because my check engine light was on. It required the ignition coil changed. I was done in :30-40 minutes and the charge was reasonable. The caveat is these guys are personable and amazing people to chat with.

We took my car for an oil change, the next day several services light came on, including check engine and parking brake flashing. Called and the associate/manager and explained something must of happen during oil change and it was not just coincidince , said he has never experienced this matter in his 35 years of working there, and did offer to bring it in to take a look. We decided to pass. A few days later we took the car to another Mechanic, he informed the intake valve cover was not properly place on back on during the oil change at Menieke. The other mechanic place it back on, all lights are off, quick fix.

Problem: "The air conditioning in my 2012 Honda Fit isn't working after being repaired at this shop." Details: "I was told the problem was fixed, but the air conditioning still isn't cooling, and I had to go back and find another solution." Impact: "I wasted time and money having to return and find another shop for the same repair." Recommendation: "I suggest a more thorough diagnostic test be performed before performing repairs to avoid future inconveniences for other customers."

Dropped my car off this morning with back exhaust issues. Within an hour after dropping off, they contacted me with a quote on the labor fee (I already had the parts). The work was finished before noon! The staff was super friendly and my car is so much quieter now! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and great quality service on my car. I highly recommend and would definitely go back if I need more work done
