From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected. Javier at the front desk was incredibly informative, honest, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on from start to finish. You don’t come across that level of transparency very often. Every employee was beyond helpful. I called to check their hours for an oil change and when the employee on the phone learned I couldn't come due to conflicting work times, he offered me an Uber to/from work. When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk knew my name and had the coupon already loaded into my account. Oil change itself was very fast. They didn't try to upsell me a lot of things. Will definitely come here again! Best oil change I've ever had. Thanks guys

On 02/06/25, I took my car in to Meineke in Northlake, IL. because my steering was off and making noise. After inspection Charles told me there were 4 major issues and 3 minor ones. Charles showed me and explained in great detail that if these issues weren't addressed that it could cause my rack/pinion to go out and that damage to my engine would cost upwards of $3000-$5000. MAJOR: both engine valve cover gaskets, power steering pump, front passenger side CV axle and front passenger tie rod (tie rod end and suspension stabilizer bar link) MINOR: back brake pads, air filter and new battery. Ok I'll be the first to admit, I don't know a lot about car's but I do have common sense (keep that in mind for later!) I told him to fix all 4 major issues and we'll worry about the minor issues later,

I HAVE HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE! I will sum this up since my other review was deleted. Services were horrible. They charged me for tire rods (only needed one replaced, they charged me for 3), tires, HVAC blower motor, spark plugs (not replaced), air filter, and an oil change. I originally came in for an oil change and to have my heat fixed. Of course they find new things wrong to charge you for. This occurred December 3-5th. I was charged for work that was never completed. I reached out multiple times to Micheal Coba (old manager) stated he would call to have it fixed and lied. I went into in the location 1/5/26 to fix this. There was a new manager, AW. I informed him of the situation, and he stated there was no false charges. He printed a receipt different from mine. This is the continued story. I go to this location January 5th as I am fed up now. I ask to speak to Mike. He’s not there anymore, what a surprise. Now it’s some black guy, weird name but initials are ASW. Anyways, I explain the situation. He looks up the information and states all charges are accurate as it doesn’t show any work that wasn’t done. He prints it out and I state that’s not the copy I have, I go home and retrieve my copy and what do you know? TWO DIFFERENT COPIES WITH DIFFERENT PRICING. He states I had work done December 17th, but the day before is the last day I was in contact with Mike. He edited the report to make it look like fraud was never committed.
