Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I called ahead the day before to make an appointment for 8am the for a tire leak. I got to my appointment on time and they told me it would be a 2.5hr wait even with an appointment. I asked them why did I have to wait 2.5hrs if I had the first appointment of the day. They said because they still have to "squeeze me in". After having to get an Uber to take me home and having no update after 4hrs, I tried calling them multiple times without answer. I talked to someone from the call center and they said that my appointment should have been a priority and I shouldn't have to wait to have walk-ins serviced first. I had a terrible experience at this northlake sams club. I went in to get my car battery changed, and they ended up breaking my remote start control. I noticed the issue right away and called within an hour, but they refused to take any responsibility or help in any way. This is completely unacceptable—if they damage a customer’s property, they should at least try to make it right. Instead, they dismissed my concern. Poor service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This is the most atrocious tire service you can get. They're always understaffed, unable to take care of you as a walk-in, and are unable to do many simple task because, "they're not a tire shop." And yet, you still spend close to $1,200 on a set of four, but they're follow up is non-existence. You will still need to go to a tire shop if they can't get the lug nut removed despite the Sam's staff being the last ones to work on your tires. You will waste your time going back several times and drop off/pick-up your vehicle just to be told they can't do anything about it and how you should feel grateful they even took a look at your vehicle because they're to busy with appointments. In the end, they will tell you to go to a tire shop, which is what you should of done in the first place. Sa

Improper install resulted in flat and damaged tire on highway. Sam's Club denying responsibility, refusing service 20 hours and 400 miles after install. One staffer was helpful, besides a 50 minute wait at the register for manager override. Other staffers and gas attendant arrogant and hostile. Claiming the parking lot was a work area to the garage not permitted the public due to insurance. Unusual as I was instructed earlier to drive my vehicle onto the lift as no techs knew stick. Reality was they did not wish me to have any view of my vehicle or their mistakes and shortcuts. A regular tire job takes more than 4 hours with no other regular customers. Watching them pull my tires off their equipment to serve friends walking up to the bays first.

3 hour wait to get a flat fixed. Keys are given to and don't even tell you what work was done. You get told to read what is on the paper to find out. On paper, the tire pressure reads CHECKED 35 for all 4 tires when in reality the pressure of the tires are 38, 42, 48 and 39. Look for servive elsewhere. Not recommended.
