Really appreciate the manager at this location. I had an issue a few months back with scheduling and delays, and he took full responsibility and promised to make it right. Came back months later for an oil change and he remembered everything without me even having to mention it, and honored his word. That level of honesty and accountability is rare. Extremely professional, kind, and genuinely customer-focused. This is the type of management that earns trust and keeps people coming back.

I am being kind with 3 stars, because they deserve 1. The only person I interacted with here was the regional manager, Dana. He gave off great vibes and I'm a great jidge of character. Unfortunately, he was only at the shop the day I dropped my vehicle off. I believe if he were there longer, I would not have had the results I had. I brought my Jeep in earlier this month (Februaru) because the check engine light was on and the vehicle was sputtering. They had my vehicle for more than a week. They replaced several parts. When I got my vehicle back, the check engine light was still on, it blew black smoke a couple times, and it was still sputtering while I drove. It felt as though I wasted my time here. I came in for the free einspection they offer and I’m very glad I did. As a woman I don’t like going to autoshops alone due to them pushing services and charges on me but they didn’t push any services and Joel, the tech who inspected my vehicle, was cool and explained to me what i needed done and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back.

Phenomenal first experience here! Honored my appointment, honored my Groupon matching the price, and were extremely nice and efficient. Did not take long for them to get me in and out for my oil change and let me know about the things that were good and the things that could use changing such as my air filter/cabin air filter. Very good professional HONEST people here and I highly recommend them for your car service!

Excellent Service and Pricing!! The Fact that they are OPEN on a Saturday is An A+++ for Me. They took care of my Break problem and did a full Digital Car Inspection for Free. Will be returning to Meineke for more Reasonable Car Repairs!!
