I visited the dealership for a diagnosis and discovered that my catalytic converter needed replacement. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the funds to cover the cost. However, the friendly staff member at the front counter suggested that I contact my dealership to check if I was still under warranty. I called, and they confirmed that my car was still under warranty, which expired at 80,000 miles. Since I was only at 78,000 miles, I was relieved to learn that I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for the replacement. The exceptional service provided by the shop was truly commendable.

My experience has been absolutely AMAZING!! I went in with an assumption of what was wrong with my vehicle, and it was something A LOT worse. The supervisor upfront Jamie and John McClaim the district manager was so warm, kind, professional, and overall great people. They have made my experience as a first time client an experience that I can only call a blessing. They went above and beyond for me and my need and I will forever be thankful and appreciative of them and their team!

so, i had been going here for years when it was under the supervision of kevin, the really honest man who would never have tried to scam me. however, he recently retired (congratulations to him, by the way.) however, they charged me $160 just to do a diagnostic and then quoted me around $500 more for a blower motor replacement, saying they had to remove the dashboard. i'm not necessarily the most car savvy, but i've done few repairs myself and this happened to be one of them. the part was $40. i miss kevin. edit: when i was picking up my car, i had to wait 20 minutes because they lost my keys. the blower motors replacement took me 1 hour, max, and there was no removal of the dashboard, so they straight up lied to my face, too.
