At one point, this facility was highly recommended, but ever since they brought on Jose, my experiences have gone downhill. I’ve brought all three of my vehicles here, and every interaction with Jose has been dismissive and unprofessional. He comes across as untrustworthy, and what once felt like a customer-focused business now feels like a place trying to take advantage of people. I left my Volkswagen sitting at home for two months after Jose told me all it needed was a coolant pipe, yet also claimed it would cost me thousands of dollars just to diagnose the issue before they could even figure out what was wrong. We have been going to this location for years for our Oil changes and they have always been quick and reasonably priced. Recently I had to get the sensors in my tires replaced. They were quick to identify the problem and had it fixed that day for me.

I was panicking Monday night with a burnt out brake light and a commute into work the next morning and came across their business with luckily an opening for 8am the very next day. The man at the front desk was super nice, checked me in, and I had my light changed and was on the road in less than 45 minutes. You took a stressful situation for me and made it so seamlessly easy to fix. I was there on 9/9 right at 8am, thank you again to the person working the desk. I did not catch his name but you made my day with your promptness and kindness!

Awesome, fast service and zero attempts to upsell for my tire service. It's hard to find a shop that is extremely competent as well as cost effective. These guys are both.

I like this service center because they are very honest and straight forward. Mike, the manager took time to explain the service plan with me and also took time to consult with my husband on the phone, since he was at work. All of the work was done within a few hours and they even gave me a ride home after dropping off the car. Everyone at the shop is very nice and personable. I was very satisfied with the customer service. I drove just a few 30 miles today, but the brakes seem to be great. Thanks Mike and your crew.
