The scheduling was fast and easy thanks to the staff. I arrived early and still didn't have to wait. Kevin was pleasant and professional and made me feel comfortable. The waiting area was clean. I had to wait for the work to be done so having a clean and comfortable area to do so was great. The technician, Brain, gave me necessary information to complete the scheduled work as well as advised on suggested work. Was impressed with how efficient things were. The phone lines were busy and I noted that both persons answering the calls were always pleasant, helpful and professional. I'm comfortable that the price charged was competitive and fair. A great crew.

Alina at the front desk is lovely! She was very supportive. It's a comfortable waiting room with nice beverage options and a small table suitable for remote working. The only reccomendation for the waiting room would be to add snacks for longer waiting customers. This being said, loaner cars are available which was a great option after some time. In terms of quality of service my car felt night and day different after a significant amount of work was done. I appreciated coupons being added for cost savings because the amount of repair required was quite expensive. Because Alina added me as a member based on the high dollar amount spent, I can now get my next oil change free with an included tire rotation. Finally, I appreciated that two guys worked on my car which made a 10 hour job sig

I have a very pleasant experience due to ALINA . She was amazing and very helpful. Made sure and went out of her way to make sure i left there with my car being safe and in the right conditions to drive with my 4 year old son and i. I have never had better customer service person to person. Especially in a auto body shop. Kudos to her. God bless you alina. Hope you see this. This will be the only shop I will be going to from now on. I live In mass and am willing to come all the way here for work on my car. They actually care. And the men who worked on my car. Excellent customer service. Fixed issues other places could not do. Craig was the only one who knew what he was doing compared to the morons @ TownFair Tire.I teid to tell them this 3 x. But now they have to reimburse me the cost of a SECOND Alignment

I went to this shop for a second opinion for front suspension repairs and recalled that I had a great experience there in the past. They are great to work with and were able to get my truck in the next day. They did a complete inspection, showing me what needed immediate attention, and what is recommended by the Ford maintenance schedule. I feel they were honest with me and I had great confidence in their assessment. I saved thousands in service hours and suspension/ tire replacements that were recommended by a well-known tire company, but not needed. They completed the work the same day and I couldn’t be happier with the result. This will now be my go to shop for all of our vehicles!!
