They were very efficient and fast caring for my car. My car needed a lot of attention but they were able to do the diagnostic and the repairs in a timely manner. The team is always nice and very helpful at explaining things in a way I can understand.

I made an appointment after he hours online to drop my car off the next morning. I went in told them what I needed and that I would be going out of town and would not be back until 3 pm. They sent me quotes via text message and email and I was able to approve for the work to be done with one click on my phone. I also told them that I need my brake lights done and they were able to do those as well. I went by about 3:30 pm they were not finished but said they would call me when they were which was a little less than an hour later. Forgot to mention that I told them about a coupon I saw online for $100 off and they applied it even though I had already paid. I had to pick my car up after hours because I was on business calls. My car had a terrible oil leak; engine light was on; wheel had tremors when breaking. I took the car in expecting no less than an overnight stay. They had the car ready the same day!!! and it runs/breaks smoothly. No more oil leak, no more tremors. The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. Keiera at the front counter was very friendly, professional and informative. My experience was extremely pleasant.

If only zero stars were possible, this would be a negative 5. I was overcharged for a defective part that was installed. After leaving my car in this facility for almost a month and paying $800, going back and forth with the owner for resolution, and refusing to pay another $300, my car required a tow to a reputable mechanic who corrected the problem for $150. Fortunately I am trained to get everything in writing and after almost two months of appeals and documentation to my credit card company was able to get all the money back. I had however also paid over $300 for 6 spark plugs in another vehicle, the engine light came back on after a 50 mile trip, but did not have the energy to fight it. I’m retracting my initial 5-star review. I was overcharged for a service I didn’t need and that wasn’t what I originally came in for. I paid over $400 and I’m still experiencing the exact same issues I went in with—actually, my car is driving worse than before. To make matters worse, I later found out the mechanic who quoted me for the job quit, so I have no way of knowing whether the service was even completed correctly. I sat there for hours with no communication about what was going on. When I returned the next business day, nothing had been fixed—instead, I was handed another quote asking me to pay even more.
