I would like to formally commend Brian for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful in providing alternate directions that allowed me to avoid the highway and took the time to thoroughly explain important information about my vehicle in clear, easy-to-understand terms. His patience and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend Meineke to anyone who is looking for great service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you!

Someone at this location scheduled in appt for an inspection here for me on a Friday for a Monday appt after I was able to be off work. When I got to the location after taking off early and rushing down, they told me that the guy, who’s name started with a B, was an idiot and that the guy working, who was the manager wouldn’t even be able to look at it. If you want someone to hold true to an appt, like a business should, I would not go here. Maybe fire people who schedule appointments you can’t take instead of insulting them and keeping them hired.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a dealership when getting an oil change two years ago. The dealership told me I also needed complete brake work. I took the car to Meineke and the Manager, Roy told me nothing was wrong with my car. A week ago it was time to get the brake work done, but the manager Roy, moved to St. Louis. I took the time to locate him and found him downtown St. Louis. I am grateful for the excellent work performed, but I mostly appreciate the integrity and honesty.

I needed an oil change for my Cadillac SRX. I called the Mieneke on Lemay Ferry Rd., I was close to there so I thought I’d go there instead. The guy there just brushed me off. He didn’t have time for me. I had already done business with Mieneke on 4th street and they were great, so I called them. And sure enough Joe, the manager got me right in. No excuses,no it would be better tomorrow or the next day, he got me right in. If you’re looking for a place that goes beyond their job visit the Mieneke on 4th street and ask for Joe. You won’t be disappointed. They do excellent work and work at making their customers feel welcome. As for the Mieneke on Lemay Ferry Rd. , they are probably too busy to fit you in. lol. I can’t say enough about the professionalism at the Mieneke on 4th street. Bobby

This place is fantastic. Rare gem in a city beyond help or hope. Great customer service and super prompt and good service. Needed an emission test and they took care of height away. Could not be happier.
