Great customer service however they were hesitant to tell me the oil brand then told me why it was awesome. I did my own research. The full synthetic oil is DuraMax made by RelaDyne, Inc. Ohio. The oil is not meant for high engine rev cars or very cold climates. And I personally would not want it in places like Miami or Las Vegas. Its zinc content is 760 ppm, lower than most! Their own advertisements say they are better than all standard and semi-synthetic oils, I should hope so! I would not put this oil in a well driven sports car.

I found Jose's shop through mutual contacts. I needed to get both headlight assemblies replaced on my daughter's Nissan before she went back to college. Quotes from other places were insanely high and they wanted to charge double the labor rate if I provided the parts. Jose's team used the parts I bought and did the work quickly and at a fair price saving me a ton of money versus the other guys. I would highly recommend this shop. The dealership where I used to take our Nissans has closed so I've found my new place.

I am so happy that I was introduced to Jose the owner of this facility a couple of years ago, for there isn't a better place to take your vehicle to be serviced. I have a 2009 E350 4MATIC and I stopped going to Mercedes to have all scheduled services done on my car after having work done on my car by the outstanding employees under Jose at Meineke. Had a great first experience with Meineke this week! I brought my 2014 VW in for significant repairs, including a muffler replacement. This shop was recommended online as a muffler specialist location. The workers were super friendly and knowledgeable; they gave me two quotes, one for dealership and another for aftermarket parts. They also told me the trade-offs of each quote, including cost and performance changes. I was able to get my car fixed for less than $2k, when I was expecting it to cost more than $3k, and I was really impressed with the quality of the repairs.
