Started coming to this Meineke on Jefferson last year for oil changes after the local (non-chain) mechanic we had been going to for years, closed. The manager let me know my axle was leaking, but that it was possibly covered under warranty, so advised me to check and if not, bring it back, but don’t wait too long for safety reasons. Luckily, it was covered, but knowing he was an honest and genuinely nice person can be such a rare find these days and I was so glad this was the place I came to for my oil change. I just came back for another oil change yesterday and had forgotten how much I had liked this Meineke and have already recommended them to 3 people. Not to mention, they are almost 1/3 the price of the dealership for the exact same service! Highly recommended this place!

I recently had my wife's car serviced at Mieneke auto shop for an oil change and I mentioned that the car had been making a 'clicking sound' as well; I then received a phone call from Jacob stating that the 'clicking sound' was a safety concern and emphasized the importance of repair. Before coming to Mieneke I had taken my wife's car to a different auto shop and dealer and mentioned the 'clicking sound' that came from the brake pedal- I never got a diagnosis for it other than it was just a clip that came undone. Thanks to Jacob and his team, they were able to quickly diagnosis the issue and they were able to complete the repairs that same day and worked past their business hours. I had the best experience and fortune going to Meineke. The staff there were most friendly and knowledgeable. Also honest: I had gone to the local car dealer for my make of car. The dealer said I needed some major repairs and maintenance, estimated at over $4000. So I went to Meineke and they told me I didn’t need any of that. Now that’s what I call honest. Thanks Meineke!

Meineke on Jefferson in Temecula delivered courteous , efficient customer service with timely, competitive quote and execution of work in timeframe and cost estimated. The new front rotors and ceramic pads on our BMW X3 provide smooth braking action with no squeaking. I will be happy to give them future brake work.
