Very good experience at Meineke Car Care Centers. I was taken in without unnecessary waiting, they listened внимательно and clearly explained what exactly needed to be done. The work was completed качественно and within the promised time. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or attempts to upsell additional services. You can really feel the professionalism and respect for the customer. I highly recommend them!

I brought my Honda CRV 2017 into Meineke yesterday. I was referred to them by my son in law Cory Smith. And as cory mentioned, Frank was truly approachable and friendly. I brought my car in for an oil change and a general vehicle inspection. My vehicle is my other set of legs or wings, it takes me where I must go, so taking care of my car is essential. Frank showed me pictures that were taken of an issue of the air filter that obviously needed changing and he also explained issues he stated I should consider fixing in the future. He explained these issues clearly with pictures without jargon and no unnecessary upselling. Perfect primary car care center for any Ventura resident - I’d go as far as to say if you’re from anywhere in Ventura county, I’d recommend going with this Meineke location. I was there today, with a concern about a possible bad CV axel. Frank at the front talked me through some possible reasons for the noise I was concerned with, and Miguel did a full inspection on my car. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Frank and Miguel did both warn me of the potential risks of delaying repairs, however they were not pushy in the slightest. Frank gave me a whole list on everything I should bring my attention to, gave estimates, and left the decision entirely up to me. I have been going to this Meineke for almost 10 years. They are the absolute best. They always take such a good care of my car and they’re such a delight. Frank and everybody else that works there is awesome. They have the best customer service. I will always bring my cars to them.

I’ve been going to Meineke for about four years, and the service has consistently been excellent. Miguel at the front counter is always polite, professional, and helpful.
